Service was lacking; charges were confusing and higher than expected. Enjoyed the live music events nearby, though.

The hotel’s in a sweet spot, super close to the arena and transit. The atmosphere is nice, and the food is delish. Staff was generally friendly and helped quickly when I needed stuff. My room was comfy and had plenty of windows, which was awesome. Just wish the convenience store prices weren’t so crazy!

The breakfast offerings were excellent, and the waitstaff were friendly, enhancing our dining experience. Valet service was efficient.
Felt so much at home, no complaints.

stayed at indigo recently and had a delightful experience. the hotel had a very unique interior design and a great view at night. the staff were extremely accommodating and the room was cleaned everyday. the location was central, close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. overall, a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend 😊.

My solo trip to Hotel Indigo in Downtown Los Angeles was an absolute delight! The staff welcomed me with open arms, making me feel right at home. The spacious and gorgeous rooms were a dream, and the breathtaking view of the city was the cherry on top. The hotel's perfect location near Staples Center, restaurants, and shopping made it a convenient choice for me. I can't wait to return!
Service at the bar and dining area left much to be desired. Slow wine delivery and a painfully long wait for breakfast were disappointments amidst an otherwise great stay.
